ONLINE BOOKING IS ONLY A PRE-BOOKING, SUBJECT TO AGENCY APPROVAL AND SUBMISSION OF THE CONTRACT.

THE BOOKING WILL BE VALIDATED UPON SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT. 

 

RESERVATION

 

The rental price is determined by the season and includes normal water, gas, and electricity usage (depending on the property, a supplement may be required to cover air conditioning or heating costs).

 

40% of the total rental amount must be paid upon booking the property, and 60% of the total rental amount must be paid no later than one month before the stay. For last-minute rentals, payment must be made upon arrival (cash or credit card).

 

You must send us proof of payment within 3 days by mail, email, or fax. Otherwise, the contract will be automatically canceled after 3 days (unless you notify us).

 

Payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card.

 

For international transfers, all bank charges, both from the issuing and receiving banks, will be borne by the tenant.

 

We do not accept check payments.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

In the event of cancellation by you, the amount paid will only be refunded if we are able to rent the property again for the same period.

 

You can purchase travel cancellation insurance with any company that offers this service.

 

The agency reserves the right, for reasons of force majeure, to replace the accommodation with another of similar characteristics or, in the event of disagreement by the tenant, to terminate the contract and refund the full amount paid for the rental.

THE DEPOSIT

The deposit specified in the rental agreement will be paid by credit card upon arrival (this is a security deposit authorization; the refund is automatic after 30 days).

 

Upon entering the property, the tenant pays the deposit for any damages that may occur to the property during the lease term and in case the property is left uncleaned.

 

The security deposit will be returned upon termination of this contract and a visual inspection of the property.

 

The tenant must leave the property and furnishings in the same condition as on the day of arrival.

TOURIST TAX

Upon arrival, guests will pay a tourist tax of €2 per day per person over 16 years of age. (CVE-DOGC-A-25084081-2025). Maximum stay: 7 nights.

TENANT REGISTRATION AND NOTIFICATION (MANDATORY)



For your reservation to be effective, please complete the form along with the rental agreement with all the details of each tenant. This information will be sent to the police on the day of your arrival.

 

(Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation to register and notify the General Directorate of Police of persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia)

CHECK-IN

The property can be occupied from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

 

We will meet at the rented property or at the agency on the same day to hand over the keys.

 

For arrivals after 6:00 PM and outside of our business hours, including Sundays and holidays, we will require an additional charge of €20 to come and hand over the keys. This condition is subject to our staff's discretion. Therefore, it is imperative that you notify us as soon as possible if you arrive outside of our business hours.

 

If you detect any anomalies or defects in the contracted services, the tenant has 24 hours to expressly inform the owner's representative, who will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

If we fail to notify you or if the problem has been resolved, the tenant expressly waives any right to make any claims.

 

If any material or utensils (glasses, plates, etc.) are broken during your stay, please replace them with a similar one. If it is something more serious, you must inform us as soon as possible.

CHECK-OUT

The property will be vacated between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

Check-out time will be determined upon arrival depending on staff availability.

 

If you leave the property before the agreed-upon time and date, please contact us.

 

You must clean the property thoroughly before leaving: floors, kitchen, toilets, dust, windows, patio/terrace, barbecue, empty all trash, and wash any stained blankets or mattress protectors/sofa covers, or request a cleaning option. Final cleaning does not include: barbecue, terrace, refrigerator, oven, and emptying trash.

HOME INSURANCE

 

The landlord will not be responsible for theft, fire, water damage, or broken glass in the home. The tenant must have insurance.

 

As a precaution, we advise you to securely lock the doors and windows when you leave the home.

 

The homeowner's insurance policy covering the home will only cover the owner's belongings.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

 

The property is rented for a limited number of people. Guests must vacate immediately if a larger number is detected, and the security deposit will not be returned for breach of contract.

 

In a community with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gardens, etc., only the person renting the property may use it. We ask you to respect the neighborhood and refrain from making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

 

IT IS PROHIBITED

 

1. a)             Removing or bringing furniture into the property or carrying out any work or repairs there, no matter how minor.

 

2. b)            Carrying out the accommodation activity in the property or using it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.

 

3. c)            Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that could cause damage or discomfort to the other occupants of the property. Likewise, the rules established by the community of owners displayed inside the home must be respected.

DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the data protection law and will not be disclosed to third parties for any commercial or other purposes. 

However, we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the files of RIELLS VACACIONS 2000 SL, so that we can provide and offer our services. We also inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights to access, rectify, erase, and object to your personal data. The company itself is responsible for the file.
